Terrific Taquitoes

From the Kitchen of: Aunt Shirl


In small skillet, heat oil. Shred beef and mix well with broth from the can. Add drained green chiles to the beef.

Heat each tortilla in oil for 2 seconds on each side. With tongs, place on paper towel (to drain a little) and fill with beef mixture. Add some cheese and roll up. Place in microwaveable cooking dish.

Sprinkle cheese over tops and microwave about 10 minutes, till heated through and cheese melts.
