Ingredients

Whole carcass w/some meat on it: Costco chubby chicken or 1 turkey or 4 cornish hens

Generous sprinkles:
Fresh Pepper
Hungarian paprika
salt-free chicken season(ie Mrs Dash)
Montreal Chicken season
...other seasonings according to tastes :-)

2-3 bay leafs, optional
large chunks of celery & red onion, optional: broccoli stems
1 bunch cilantro (or parsley)
APPROX: 6-7 cans chicken broth (not vegie!)& 2-ish broth cans full of water

STEP TWO:
Fresh Vegetables are BEST!!
Carrots, celery, onion, peas, green beans - lots, ..OR frozen
Noodles, about 8oz uncooked: farfalline #95, orzo, stars, Fideo (cut spaghetti), any small favorite shape
