Ricotta Mix for Shells or Manicotti

Suggest make spaghetti sauce a day ahead...
Mix all ingredients.
Cook pasta according to package (10 min). Use decorator bag to fill shells with ricotta mix. (7/2017 yielded 30 shells stuffed full, 14 were left from the 12 oz box)
Pour some spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of baking pan. Place filled pasta side-by-side in pan & layer remaining shells on top (according to package). Pour about 3 cups more sauce over top (reserve rest of sauce for serving time) Cover with foil.
Bake 350, for 35-45 min.
