Pressure Cooker NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER

Saute? bacon and onions in pressure cooker. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and water. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 5 MINUTES. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Drain clams, saving liquid. Slowly add clams, 1 c clam liquid, cream and butter. Stir constantly. SIMMER 10 MINUTES in open pressure cooker. 4-6 servings.
