Potato Salad

*Stir pickle juice into Miracle Whip first. Then, thin the Miracle Whip to a heavy cream consistency with Half & Half and color to a pale yellow with French's yellow mustard.
Pass 3 eggs through slicer and add to potatoes. Add onion and salt & pepper to taste. Stir in mayo mixture. Top w/ 4th sliced egg, sprinkle with pimentos paprika, if desired. Serves 4.
