Pepperoncini Shredded Beef

Place roast in crock pot, sprinkle seasoning over top. If not Deli-sliced, cut/chop pepperoncinis & sprinkle those on next. Pour pepperoncini liquid over all.

For the MOST TENDER outcome, Cook low 10-13 hours. Take out roast; it falls apart! Use 2 forks to shred it. This only takes about 10 minutes. Return the shredded beef to the juice in the crock and stir.

Keep on warm for about another hour, serve or otherwise just put in frig to serve later.
NOTE: If there appears to be very little juice and you want to keep the meat from getting dry... May add 1-2 cups of beef bouillon and stir well.

Serve on dinner or sub rolls. YUMMY!!!!!!
