Pecan Pie-Thanksgiving

In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans, pour into pie shell.
Bake 350 degrees, 50-55 min, knife inserted comes out clean.
But, for quiche plate, make 1-1/2 recipe, more pecans, & bake 15-20 min longer.
