Meat Balls


Grind/crush each seasoning if nec, then mix together well with bread crumbs.

For tender meatballs, Drop eggs into meat, "gently & quickly" mix together, add seasoning mixture and "gently & quickly" mix together. Then form walnut-size balls. (the more time spent on handling the meat, the tougher the meatballs)

Pan sear in extra virgin olive oil (or Broil) to brown & get a little crispy all around (10 min-ish). To finishing cooking: Simmer on LOW in pasta sauce for 1 hour, stirring periodically, keeping meatballs completely covered in the sauce.

Makes about 15-18 large meatballs.
