HO-HO Cake

1st Layer: Prepare cake mix according to package. Pour evenly into a jelly roll pan (1/2 sheet size - approx 12x18?). Bake 325 degrees,
12-13 min. Cool completely, then continue as follows:

Top Layer: Melt chips on low heat, stirring constantly, add slices of butter, stir constantly, add eggs, stir constantly, until reaching a smooth and creamy consistency. Takes approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside, then:

2nd Layer: Mix all ingredients on high speed for 10 minutes, until fluffy and smooth.

Evenly spread Layer 2 onto cake, then spread the topping. Refrigerate immediately, overnite or at least 8 hours before serving. ENJOY! :-)
