Gravy - Thanksgiving

In a medium-size, dutch oven style pot w/ 2 handles & a lid:

Mix gravies, sprinkle seasonings and stir well. Cover, but don't turn on stovetop till turkey has been roasting a couple of hours.  Then turn on  Very Low & Stir regularly.

When turkey is removed from oven, baste turkey & add juices to the gravy. Keep gravy on low stove, stir occasionally, until time to pour into gravy boat(s).
