Fettuccine

From the Kitchen of: Aunt Shirl


Start cooking noodles. Melt butter. Add liquid to melted butter and garlic powder to taste. Drain noodles, cooked al dente (soft, but a little firm). Return noodles to pan, layering with sauce and *generous parmesan. Cook 5-6 min.

Rub clove of garlic on serving plate, place fettuccini on plate and ENJOY!

*OPTIONAL RECIPE: Start cooking 12-16 oz fettucicni. Melt 2 TB butter & sprinkle a little garlic, add about 1-2 cups bite-size grilled chicken pieces, saute, then add 1 lb jar of "Classico Creamy Alfredo" sauce (NOT Ragu) & stir. Drain noodles, cooked al dente (soft, but a little firm). Return noodles to pan, layering with sauce and generous parmesan. Cook 5-6 min.
