Beef Pot Roast-Slow Cook

From the Kitchen of: Aunt Sue


Mix seasoning & water in measuring glass.

Add to crock in the following order: half of the onions/carrots, roast, rest of onions/vegies, seasoned water and more water if necessary to cover roast.

BEST: cook on low 12-15 hrs YUMMY, melt in your mouth! When done, remove & break up roast, add 1-2 tsp seasoning(small roast) or 2-4 tsp (large roast) to thicken sauce and return meat to crock.

Large Roast SERVES: 4-6
Small Roast SERVES: 3-4
