Cream Cheese Icing

Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temperature.
Mix on high: cream cheese, butter and vanilla first, then slowly add powder sugar (to prevent flying out of bowl!) Mix all on high about 2-3 min, until smooth, creamy, fluffy.
BEST to make Full recipe, to ensure there is enough frosting for the top & border of cake/brownies Half recipe may be enough for just cupcakes.
