Beat ingredients together well & pour into greased and floured angel food pan. Dust with some topping mixture; use fork to push slightly into batter. Finish pouring the rest of the topping evenly on top.
Bake @ 350o, 45-50 min. Cool for about 10 min., with cake pan inverted over a plate.
