Ingredients

• 3 cups-ish cooked turkey or chicken breasts,(approx 2 large medium-thickness slices)


• 3 cups-ish mixed vegies, thawed if frozen, steam if fresh


• 1-2 TBLS chopped red onion


• 1 TBLS-ish Italian seasoning or other


• Pepper to taste


• 1.5-2 12 oz-ish cans of gravy


• 2.5-3 cups-ish mashed potatoes, 6-8 ish small/medium golden or red


• Added ideas: sauteed onion, peppers, mushrooms- small whole, sliced or chopped


• seasonings to try: thyme, parsley, pepper, tarrogon, Mrs Dash chicken seasoning, poultry seasoning, sage, garlic...
