Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

Cook zucchini & onion in butter, 10 min. Stir in parsley & seasonings.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In large bowl, blend eggs & cheese, stir in vegie mixture. Press dough over bottom & up sides of UNgreased 9x13 pan (or pie or quiche plate). Pour vegie/cheese mixture evenly into crust.

Bake 18-20 min, or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Let stand 20 min before serving.
