Peanut Butter Cookies

From the Kitchen of: Diana Burris in the mid-1980's


Stir together first four ingredients & set aside. Measure the butters & sugars.

Preheat oven: 375 degrees

Cream together the butters and sugars, blend in the egg. Then blend in the dry mix. May refrigerate for short time if dough seems too sticky, then....

Form walnut-size balls. Place on cookie sheet. With fork dipped in flour, flatten each cookie in a criss-cross pattern.

Bake 10-12 min.
