CROCK POT Chicken (or Pork) & optional Stuffing


Chop vegies & mix in with soup & seasonings. Place pork chops or chicken in the bottom of 5-6 qt Crockpot. Spread vegies/soup mix over the meat and spread evenly.

Cover Crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours *For me, 5 hours was perfect for 4 bone-in medium-thickness chops... (OR follow Instant Pot instructions)

Spread leftover stuffing evenly on top,  *or first prep boxed stuffing... chop vegies & saute in a little butter or broth, till celery starts to soften, set aside to cool a bit.

Pour box of stuffing into a bowl, add vegies & 1.5 cup broth, stir well & set aside. Once stuffing has absorbed all of the chicken broth. Scoop evenly on top of meat/soup.
