Rum Balls

From the Kitchen of: Caroline Emady


Grind wafer cookies in a blender.

In a bowl, with wooden spoon, mix cookie crumbs and walnuts, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Form small balls, approximately a rounded teaspoon-size, roll in powder sugar.

Store in Tightly Covered container for several days.

Roll in additional powder sugar right before eating/serving.
