Turkey Stuffed Pasta Shells

From the Kitchen of: unknown magazine in the 1990's


Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until "barely tender," about 10 min.

Carefully transfer shells to pot of Cold Water. Drain when cool.

Combine all ingredients, except Garnish, to make turkey filling. Fill each shell with approximately 1-2 Tablespoons of filling. Garnish with pimientos and parsley. Cover and chill until served.
