Filling for Kiffles (Hungarian cookies)

NOTE: This is the original filling recipe from my mother, who was Italian, married to a Hungarian. She referred to these cookies as Kolaczki or Kiffles...
I suggest using the following recipe for the dough & refrigerate it overnight. My mother's creations looked very similar to this picture: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/235921/hungarian-kiffles/
Grind and Mix all ingredients for filling...
Roll out dough & Cut into 3x3 inch squares. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each square. Roll the squares up and seal the edges. Bake 350 degrees, 12-15 minutes
