Mini Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 425. Cut pie dough into 4 inch circles. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray then place dough in tin. Mix pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs and spice in large bowl until smooth. Pour in muffin cups to the top. Top with pastry-leaf if desired. Bake 15 minutes, reduce oven to 350 and bake an additional 20-25 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool 30 minutes in pan, and another hour on cooling rack to allow filling to set completely.
