Green Pepper Soup

1. In large pot cook ground beef green peppers and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
2. Stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, mushrooms
3. Bring to a boil, Reduce heat cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Add rice and heat through

NOTE: Re: leftovers, rice soaks up liquid, so have extra broth on hand for reheating.
