Potatoes ROASTED
In large bowl, mix oil & seasoning; toss in potatoes, coating well.
Pour into pyrex baking dish, large enough to spread out into a single layer.
Bake 375 degrees, after 20 min stir to coat, cook another 10-20 min till tender
(adjust oil, seasoning & cooking time depending on size/thickness of tato pieces)
