Turkey-Stuffing Casserole - Thanksgiving

From the Kitchen of: ME ;-)

Pull or cut turkey (or chicken!) into bite-size chunks. Form stuffing balls and set aside.

In Large pan, start heating butter, add enough gravy to cover the bottom of the pan (estimate enough to eventually coat the meat & stuffing to a texture that is moist but not too soupy) Sprinkle a little pepper and stir to mix, then...

Add turkey chunks; stir to coat well. Heat on Low-Medium, to a light simmer to take the chill out of the meat, stirring occasionally. Add stuffing balls, stir gently, breaking balls in half, stir, then half again, to try keep them from getting too mushy-mixed & disappear, coat well, add more gravy if necessary to reach desired consistency.

Heat thoroughly, on a light simmer, stirring occasionally, till all ingredient are hot. (total heating time is 10-15 min-ish)
