Recipe TWEAKING in progress....>>NEXT TIME: Prepare mixture hours before planning to grill... Small can green chiles, 1/4 cup oil, Very Generous Hamburger seasoning, chunky chopped red onion & orange pepper... >Hand mix all, form into 4 patties, cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight it okay too. Bring to room temperature before grilling to maintain juiciness.
>>PREHEAT GRILL at med-high (400-450 degrees). GENEROUSLY SPRAY grill with olive oil. Gently place patties on grill, close cover, leave alone for 5 mins. Turn once & cook another 4-5min. ...Maybe add small slices of swiss cheese on top, right before removing from grill? :-) Check temperature of the thickest burger, need160 degrees. After removing from grill, cover w foil, to rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve with special sauce: mayo/ketchup mixture.
