Pepperoncini Shredded CHICKEN


Sprinkle some peperoncinis in bottom of crock pot. Place whole chicken over those & sprinkle gravy mix seasoning. Pour in the rest of the peperoncinis & the liquid.

For the MOST TENDER outcome, Cook low 12-14 hours. Take out roast; remove skin & meat from the bones; discard skin & bones (make sure to remove all bones). Use 2 forks to shred the chicken. This whole process takes about 15-20 minutes. Return the shredded chicken to the juice in the crock and stir.

Can keep on low for about another hour, otherwise just put in frig to serve later.

Serve on small dinner or sub rolls; yields about 12-15 mini subs. YUMMY!!!!!!
