BACON

!!BE CAREFUl, check it through the door at about 15 minutes, Nov 2016 burned in just over 20 min!! Otherwise, I like this method!

Crunch the foil & carefully open it & spread to cover cookie sheet

Place bacon on foil, make sure to leave a little space between slices, do not overlap.

Place in center of oven, turn oven on to 400 degrees, set timer for about 15 min and walk away. NOTE: Important to start w/ a cold oven, DO NOT PREHEAT. Timing depends on how fast your oven reaches 400 degrees.

When timer goes off, check bacon & continue cooking, if necessary, till it is as crispy as you like; for about another 1-3 min.

Immediately remove bacon onto the cookie sheet w/ paper towels, then move to serving plate. ENJOY!
